Green On The Go

I’m always moving. Even in my sleep. This funky lil’ green through summer I shall keep. Love my life!

Post Yoga Green

After yoga. Happy hour. The other one.  Post workout recovery vibe. Although I don’t view yoga as a workout. And never will. But that’s a conversation to be had on a Wednesday in the second month of June. Besides I’ve lent out all of the blue soapboxes for the day. Dig on your inner peace. There is no lease. Only life. Not channeling Buddha. More like booyah! I’m gon.’

some kale

lots of spinach

frozen raspberries

frozen blueberries

Sun Warrior protein(chocolate)

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Saturday’s Swimmer Green

Could have used a few more hours of sleep this morning. Woke too soon thinking that I had to be at work much earlier. Turns out I didn’t. Decided to pack my swim gear and make a clean green. Headed to fave outdoor pool. 24HR Fitness in West Hollywood. It’s been a couple of weeks since my last swim. Let’s see how it goes. Dig on this green in the meantime. Kale yeah it was good! Fresh ginger would have been a nice touch to keep the inflammation down. I usually have some on hand. Next time.

lots of kale

pink lady Apple

frozen pineapple

chia seed

A Zany Writer’s Green

Midday vibes. Late. Woke with tremendous head pain. Left side. No appetite. Raw cashews and warm lemon water. That’s about it.

Hours later. Short nap. One documentary in. Another journal entry out. Decided my body needed spiritual peace. Drinking this now. As we speak. A groovy balance of thought. Dig on it.

One Fine Green

I wrote some time ago that my Nutribullet was on its last leg. It’s safe to say it’s finally sunken to its knees. Until the eulogy dig on this sexy green. On a separate note, can someone please tell me how to get rid of most of the categories on my blog? John was the only person kind enough to respond to my earlier post Bloggers I Need Your Kelp…Help. Somehow I inadvertently erased his comments while delivering my own one of gratitude.

I’m a good writer. But no fancy blogger. I barely understand how to link what to what. Just not my language. I’m from a different planet. While you’re whipping up this green think about how I can make my blog vibe lean. Sharing is daring. Thanks in advance and always wax your eyebrows. Moon child out.

more spinach
than kale
cherry tomatoes
tart green apple

Post Nike Training Club Green

Great NTC session last night. Whipped this up afterwards. Enjoy!

frozen banana
frozen pineapple
coconut flakes
Vega Sport Protein chocolate
unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Kitchen Sink Green

Drinking this right now. It’s really really really good. I’m talkin’ Zoolander good. It didn’t look pretty afterwards. Probably because I tossed it in the fridge about an hour ago when I thought I was going to make it to Pilates. I didn’t. Insert mean toddler face here.

Temper tantrum aside here’s the recipe. Dig on it. It’s a good one. Tossing it in the fridge gave it a refreshing coolness that brought out the lime and mint even more. I really really really need to go grocery shopping. Random.

Kitchen Sink Green

not enough spinach
cherry tomatoes
naked lime half
humongous green apple
more celery than I like

Avocado Toast On A Smooth Tuesday

No pilates this morning. No real sleep last night. Writer’s thoughts become dreams dashed on the rock of a reality currently known as retail. But enough on that. I will eventually arrive. For now I shall have a little brekkie.

My spin on avocado toast and a super delish smoothie to wash all the blues away. Later kids. Dig on your day.
