Wednesday Green

Double workout yesterday. Tackled the Culver City stairs in the morning. Brutal on the legs. Great for the heart rate. Later that night popped into 24HR Fitness for a NTC sesh with Mrs. Cooper where the leg day massacre continued. Not to mention the usual slew of full body workout drills. Starting to feel the after effects of it all. Damn a sista needs a massage.

This post workout vibe is the only reason why I’m still standing. Somewhat. Barely. Okay, I just collapsed. Enjoy!
