Drank this about 45 minutes before class yesterday. It definitely helped to sustain me as we jumped from one drill to the next .
My mental game was on point too because I wasn’t plagued with the usual hunger pains at the halfway mark. Although I dug the blend it was a little on the sweet side for me. Next time I will probably leave out the agave. Or maybe use less coconut flakes. Try it! Let me know. Gotta go!
