12:40 in the a.m. Early Tuesday morn. Barely. Just submerged my very sore and aching body into a warm salt bath. Throw in a Monday night Hot Power Fusion sesh with Julia at Hot8 Yoga and you’ve got one happy yet still slow moving skateryogi. I’m skating even slower. Pretty much underneath the board at this point. Although the hot yoga loosened up some of the lower body tightness, I’m still sore as hell. Everything hurts. Legs. Calves. Ass. Both cheeks.
Whipped up this green baby to assist with the pain. Love doing different variations of the same juice. I like to see which combination gives me more energy or power punches my recovery. This one’s a keeper. Enjoy!
