Nike Training Club(NTC) is one of the hardest workouts you will ever do. It’s a nonstop hour of cardio and weights. Functional strength training at its best. Fitness experts like to refer to it as HIIT. High intensity interval training.
I’m no expert. I’ll leave that to those sponsored folk. What I do know is that I’ve yet to find the right food combination to sustain me during NTC. It’s a heavy duty workout which requires proper rest, the right amount of food intake and hydration.
