Dig Post Workout Breakfast

Right now my fave post workout breakfast is oatmeal and a big ol’ cup of green tea with lemon. Doubles the antioxidants. Decaf is the vibe. No visible wires.

I add cinnamon, agave, water and unsweetened vanilla almond milk to my oatmeal. Low in sugar and fat keeps the tummy happy and flat. Tastes good too. Yum!
