Sunday Green


I call this one “Quick Feet” because if you ever take an NTC class with Monica Benyamin(Fit Moni B) you will hear this a lot. The goal in Nike Training club is to keep moving.

Still experimenting with the best times to eat or drink before and after a workout. Timed today’s green smoothie perfectly. Instead of making it to go, I enjoyed it at home, an hour before class.

Guess what? No side cramps or fruity burps in between the squats, planks and pushups. Which normally happens if I eat or drink too close to the start of class.
